Online Ordering
Can I change or cancel my order?
We start processing orders soon after they’re placed, so edits or cancellations may not always be possible. If you need help, contact us ASAP with your order number at support@seihoiadvance.com.
I placed an order but didn’t get a confirmation email. What should I do?
First, check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, email support@seihoiadvance.com and we’ll verify your order status.
Do I need an account to order?
No—guest checkout is available. Creating an account can make it easier to view past orders, save addresses, and track shipments.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards and any other payment options shown at checkout. Available methods may vary by country/region.
Do you offer discount codes?
We may run promotions occasionally. Please note:
- Generally, one code per order unless stated otherwise
- Discount codes typically can’t be applied after checkout
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are prepared within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we’ll send a shipping email with tracking details (if available). Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries/regions. If your destination isn’t available at checkout, email support@seihoiadvance.com and we’ll try to assist.
Will I need to pay duties or customs fees?
International shipments may incur duties/taxes/customs charges determined by your local authorities. These fees are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility.
My order seems delayed—what can I do?
Delays can occur due to carriers, weather, or customs. Send us your order number and we’ll help check the latest shipping status.
Tracking shows “delivered,” but I can’t find my package.
Please check:
- Your mailbox/porch and any safe-drop areas
- With neighbors/household members
- Building reception/front desk (if applicable)
If still missing, contact the carrier first. You can also email us and we’ll assist where possible.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full terms.
Can I return used or opened items?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we generally cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or installed.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@seihoiadvance.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review and help as quickly as possible.
When will my refund be issued?
After your return is received and approved, refunds are sent to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear (timing varies by bank/provider).

What materials are your products made from?

Is there any odor when opening the package?
Some products (especially fabric/foam/rubber/plastic or tightly sealed packaging) may have a mild initial odor. This typically dissipates after airing out in a well‑ventilated area for 24–72 hours.
How do I clean and maintain products?
Care depends on the item, but common guidance includes:
- Wipe with a soft cloth for routine cleaning
- Avoid harsh chemicals unless the product instructions allow it
- Keep away from high heat/direct sunlight when applicable

Will colors and sizes match the photos exactly?
