Our Shipping Approach
At seihoiadvance, we source home essentials for everyday living. To avoid unnecessary warehousing, overstock, and excess emissions, some items may ship directly from carefully selected manufacturing partners or international fulfillment centers.
This fulfillment model helps us to:

1) Processing Time & Shipping Fees
Processing time
- Orders typically require 2–4 business days for processing, inspection, and packing before dispatch.
- During peak periods (holidays/promotions), processing may take up to 5 business days.
Shipping fee
- We charge a flat shipping fee of USD $5.99 per order (regardless of destination), unless otherwise stated at checkout.
2) Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by destination and logistics routing. Typical estimates are:

3) Order Tracking

Please note:
- Tracking may take 1–3 business days to show updates after a label is created
- Limited updates can occur while a parcel is moving between facilities or across borders
4) Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments are generally sent on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This means:
- Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country are the customer’s responsibility
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspection/clearance
Customs fees are uncommon for many small household items, but rules vary by country.
5) Address Changes & Cancellations
We begin processing quickly to ship orders as soon as possible.
- If you need to update your shipping address or request a cancellation, please email support@seihoiadvance.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
- Once an order has entered processing, we may not be able to change or cancel it.
6) Lost or Damaged Parcels
Damaged on arrival
If your order arrives damaged, please email support@seihoiadvance.com within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos of:
- The damaged item(s)
- The outer packaging (including labels, if possible)
After review, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost where applicable.
Lost in transit
If the carrier confirms the package is lost in transit, we will send a replacement free of charge (subject to stock availability).
